August 2020 updates to the website

The website has now been updated following August's LSCMMG

The following Items will be ratified and added to the website following Joint Committee of CCGs (JCCCG) Meeting:

Dibotermin alfa (InductOs®) - for the treatment of acute tibia Gustilo-Anderson grade IIIB fractures in adults, as an adjunct to standard care using open fracture reduction and intramedullary unreamed nail fixation (licensed indication)

Dibotermin alfa (InductOs®) - for use outside of the licensed indication for the treatment of non-union long bone fractures

Rifaximin - Second line antibacterial treatment for the treatment of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth

Linezolid - Pneumonia, skin and soft-tissue infections

Vaco Cast Diabetic - Pneumonia, skin and soft-tissue infections
